I live in an area where you can see clearly in all directions.  Impending storms may come from the north but clear in the south. I have watched tornadoes fly over my home and was so amazed by the fact that they just flew over that I forgot to take pictures.  
Yes it is in the country that i reside in  (a small town)  , a farming community, so i do not get much traffic..  But I do get a lot of strange weather patterns.  We recently went thru a pop up storm with hail the size of softballs.  I was caught out in it..  At first, it was the size of peas.. then it seemed mother nature took a breathe and spit out bigger, then breathe and bigger.  
I was trapped out side but thought the trees would protect me..WRONG...
Bruised my back , broke the windshield of our truck, glass top table shattered.  Within 5 minutes it left a trail of broken windows, dented cars, ripped siding off of the houses and put holes in roofs of homes...


As quickly as it came it went..  The hail as you can see left huge indentions in the ground.
